Therefore, to be fit and healthy always, you should never try to reduce your regular sleeping hours.

●      Drink Enough Water every day:

Our body consists of 70% water, and this water comes from the consumption of different food materials. Our direct consumption of water is very little compared to the water that comes from these food items. However, just like the water of these food materials is necessary for the body, direct water consumption holds equal importance.

If we do not drink enough water daily, our skin will start drying up, and we will be prone to more and more diseases. So, to avoid being ill and unhealthy, you should drink at least 1-2 liters of water every day.
