Method - Preheat the oven to 180C, and lightly grease a 25x25cm pan. Combine the oat flour with the baking soda and set aside. Melt the butter and combine with the sugar, cocoa powder and salt. Whisk in the vanilla and eggs until smooth. Fold in the dry ingredients and add the chocolate chips.
