Method - Preheat the oven to 150C. Grease a 30cm skillet or round dish. Combine sorghum flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt and set aside. beat butter and sugar together until light and fluffy, add vanilla and beat in the eggs and yoghurt. Add dry ingredients and mix until smooth. Pour into the skillet and place peach slices in a spiral on top.
