Organic unfiltered extra virgin olive oil is made simply as nature intended – raw, cold pressed and unfiltered. They believe in retaining all of this oil’s natural goodness and flavour. With a predominantly deep emerald green colour and cloudy appearance due to it being unfiltered, this premium oil has a particularly intense fresh and fruity olive taste with a light peppery back note. The closer to the olive harvest, the more intense the flavour will be and as with all good olive oils it will mellow over time.
