Mixing and Applying All- over color: 1. Section the hair in 4 quadrants by creating a centered part from forehead to nape and from ear to ear. 2. Mix 1 part WELLA colorcharm liquid 5WR + 7WR with 2 parts 20 vol. developer* 3. Starting at the crown. Take a inch horizontal sections and start applying 1 inch off the scalp through the ends and working towards the nape. Repeat in each quadrant, finishing in the front sections. Process 10 minutes. Do not rinse. *Mix 1:2 ratio (for example 1oz 5WR + 1oz 7WR= 2 oz. 20 vol. developer) Continue Application & Process 4. Apply all over the roots. Process for additional 30 minutes.
