After using our African Black Soap as cleansing water for skin, use this toner and skin toner for face to effectively manage oil and shine without clogging pores. Saturate a cotton ball or pad with face toner or acne toner. Wipe skin toner on cleansed face and neck or spray on face mist and wipe in upward motions.
