Relora is a standardized blend of extracts from Phellodendron amurense and Magnolia officinalis that are believed to help mediate everyday stress-related emotions, eating behavior, and muscle tension, without causing sedation. Supports central nervous system relaxation.
Phellodendron amurense which is also known as the Amur cork tree is native to Japan Korea and parts of China. It is the source of one of the 50 fundamental herbs in Chinese herbology. Magnolia officinalis comes from a tree that grows in the mountains of China while it has also been used in traditional herbs as a mild anti-anxiety remedy.
250 mg of Relora blend in each capsule may bind to serotonin and GABA receptors in the central nervous system that promote carb cravings. Combined with its support for stress relief this supplement may make it easier to maintain a balanced diet by discouraging emotional eating.
