To Close:ýýýý Turn cap until it locks.
Adults and children 12 years of age and older:ýýýý Use twice a day after brushing your teeth with a toothpaste.ýýýý Vigorously swish 10mL (2 teaspoons) of rinse between your teeth for 1 minute and then spit out.
Do not swallow rinse.
