Description
KAL was born in 1932 out of an act of love. Chester Weldon discovered a calcium and phosphorus powder that helped his beloved wifes leg cramps. Amazed by its effectiveness, he founded KAL in order to bring such life-changing solutions to others in need. We've been serving families ever since.

• First, this is listed as a vitamin C supplement but the front of the label does not show that it also contains a hefty amount of Vitamin A; you have to read the list of ingredients to note that. It is not difficult to find the list, but there should be notice of that fact on the front label so one can more easily ferret out whether this is a straight Vitamin C product. That said, it tastes terrible. The texture is unpleasant - dry, gritty, not palatable at all. No I do not recommend and will be tossing the bottle. So why the 3 stars? It looks like the ingredients are quality ones and probably work; I just won't be finding out.
