• This is the ONLY brand of Omega 3 that I use. I've been using this for over 6 years. It leaves no stomach upset and has no taste. I can tell when I'm off of this supplement. I also started on only 1 a day so that if I ever become tolerant of this I have room to move up to the recommended two a day. I would never try another brand no matter how much cheaper it would be.
