• I use this product to help supplement protein in my vegetarian diet. I was not sure if I would like it but its not bad at all. I compare it to sprinkling Parmesan cheese on toast made with sourdough french bread. Yum!I also include on my popcorn and a few table spoons added to pasta sauces. A great, affordable option for a protein supplement.
