• Desperately need magnesium but can't take this. My brain gets wired and I do not sleep at all when I take this. I lay awake, my head feels stuffed, but my body is relaxed. It's a good product, just not for me. I am finding that I have this reaction to almost all amino acid supplements or those bound to amino acids. Something to do with the glutamate cycle I think.
