• I loved this product so much but watch your b levels. My b-6 levels became toxic after taking a few months of this product. I was previously low in b-6. My Dr stated that the levels are way too high in this product. I am still recovering from some serious side effects and had to change my diet completely also to get my levels back down(eliminating all goods that have b-6). Just a heads up to be careful and get blood testing done regularly to check your blood levels.
