• Given human nature, I will sometimes forget and/or slack off on taking my other supplements for long periods of time, even while still taking a very comprehensive mutil-Vitamin.However, whenever I begin taking this mineral supplement again after a period of neglecting it, I immediately notice two (2) things:1) My normally ravenous appetite decreases and becomes much more manageable, allowing me to easily cut calories I would have otherwise needed to function and keep my energy up. The added minerals supply what the body was lacking, hence the large appetite trying to make up for the shortfall when I am not providing the minerals with this supplement.2) My nails immediately become harder and aren't brittle anymore. If it improves my nails like this, what's it doing for my bones!This last time, after watching a video on how we need essential minerals for our health, and we are not getting them in our food, I went back to this mineral supplement and immediately noticed these improvements within days; if these two results are so noticeable, it must also be doing a lot of other things my body needs for good health.
