• I take GABA for several reasons. I am sensitive to caffeine and GABA is a neurotransmitter that will calm caffeine jitters. It also helps to relax me when stressed and at bedtime I take one which helps sleep. I prefer this KAL tablet form as I can swallow a tablet easier than a capsule.
