Description
WARNING: This product contains vitamin B3 (niacin), which may cause a “niacin flush,” especially when taken on an empty stomach. Symptoms are transient – typically lasting for approximately one-half hour – and may include burning, tingling, and itching sensations along with reddening of the skin. In some cases, dizziness and/or shortness of breath may occur. If a severe reaction occurs, drink plenty of water and discontinue use. This product is labelled to United States standards and may differ from similar products sold elsewhere in its ingredients, labeling and allergen warnings

Thiamin (vitamin B1 as thiamine mononitrate), Riboflavin (vitamin B2), Niacin (as nicotinic acid), Vitamin B6 (as pyridoxine HCI and pyridoxal 5-phosphate), Folate (as (6S)-5-MTHF [(6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolate glucosamine salt]), Vitamin B12 (as methylcobalamin), Biotin (as d-biotin), Pantothenic Acid (vitamin B5 as calcium D-pantothenate), Choline (as choline bitartrate), Pantethine (vitamin B5 derivative), Inositol, Other Ingredients: Vegetarian capsule (hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, water), silicon dioxide, calcium phosphate, magnesium stearate (vegetable source), cellulose and stearic acid (vegetable source)
Directions
Adults take 1 capsule once a day with a meal or as directed by your qualified healthcare professional.
