Evening Primrose is a plant with a long histo herbal uses. Evening Primrose Oil is collected from the seeds of this plant and has been in use to cure various skin conditions. EPO contains several essential fatty acids such as gamma linolenic acid (GLA). GLA is known for its roles in supporting overall health especially in women.
