Some ideas for how to use Organic Eucalyptus Essential Oil:

• Topically/Massage: Mix one or more drops into a carrier oil or cream. Highly concentrated, pure essential oils must be mixed with a carrier, such as Argan Oil before topical use.
• For a pungent respiratory rub, combine 2 drops of Eucalyptus Oil, 1 drop of Lemon oil, 1 drop of Rosemary Oil, and 1 tablespoon of Argan Oil - mix together and massage into chest, neck, forehead, cheekbones, and nose area.
• Aromatherapy: Add a few drops to water in a diffuser, and enjoy the scent and mood benefits, along with mental focus. Also great for helping to open up congested nasal passages and sinuses.

Dr. Mercola suggests using for aromatherapy. For other uses dilute with an organic carrier oil such as jojoba, olive or almond oil prior to use. Dilute 1-5 drops of essential oil per teaspoon of carrier oil.
