Cal/Mag 2001 tabs from Douglas Laboratories provide 750 mg of elemental calcium from a calcium citrate/ascorbate complex, together with significant amounts of magnesium from an aspartate/ascorbate complex, as well as vitamin D-3. Other nutrients are also included to assist the body in maintaining healthy bone structure.

Douglas Labs' Cal/Mag 2001 (Calcium Two to One) tabs contain 375 mg of magnesium and 750 mg of calcium in each serving. These tabs may potentially improve areas of bone growth density maintenance and joint health. Boron is also included in this helpful formula and may help with the absorption of these minerals for the best effectiveness.
