- Put one serving into 8oz or more of cold water. Use a blender or blender bottle. If you want something thicker, mix in blender and add ice cubes. If you need it to be thinner, just add more water.
- If you are looking for even more protein, mix 1 to 2 scoops of Provosyn with 1 scoop of Beverly UMP. Add these scoops to about 16oz of water.
