Guggulu resin (Commiphora mukul) is a penetrating herb that scrapes out naturally accumulating toxins from the body channels. As such it is the basis for an entire class of traditional Ayurvedic formulas known as guggulus. Using traditional Ayurvedic methods, this guggulu powder has been purified in a decoction of Triphala.

Suggested Use:

⅛ to ¼ teaspoon with warm water, once or twice daily, or as directed by your health practitioner.
