Together Marine Magnesium Capsules 30 tabs

Together Marine Magnesium is a magnesium supplement sourced from the salty waters of the Mediterranean Sea. Together Health believes the body more readily absorbs minerals taken from natural sources, which is why it uses marine magnesium in this 30-count pack.

Each Together Marine Magnesium capsule provides on average 188mg of magnesium, which Together lists as 50 percent of the Recommended Daily Allowance. The 30-count pack therefore gives 30 capsules at this amount.

Together Marine Magnesium contains no wheat, yeast, gluten, milk products including lactose, added sugars, chemicals, additives, colourings, flavourings, preservatives or GM ingredients, according to Together Health. Anyone with a food intolerance should still read the full pouch label.

Together Marine Magnesium comes packaged in a handy re-sealable pouch rather than a bottle. The pouch holds 30 units and can be closed again after each use to keep the contents together.

Together Marine Magnesium capsules should be taken as directed on the pouch label, since the listing does not give a daily serving. Each capsule supplies 188mg magnesium, so stay within the labelled amount. Please consult your doctor before use.

Together sources its Marine Magnesium from the Mediterranean Sea, which the brand calls one of nature's purest offerings. The finished product lists the USA as its country of origin, with Together Health as the packer.
