This brush is made three principles: First intelligent design. The badger bristles High Mountain White badger was selected for soft tip while retaining a lot of backbone. Second, the knot is 22mm in diameter with a loft of 49mm, often found to be ideal to maintain control of the shaving brush and to help generate lather. The high density means that there is a higher percentage around 15% more badger hair means that the shaving brush will have more backbone. These characteristic taken together allow for a higher loft without being too floppy. The loft has been tested at various loft to ensure softness while maintaining excellent bowl and face lathering characteristics. Proof of concept: This Luxurious shaving brush was feature on Kickstarter and was funded. Backers have been happy with the design. High quality material.
