How to use: Swirl or dab brush to pick up product. Apply around the nose, t-zone, under the eye baking, and any other area makeup needs to be set for all day wear. Best used with RCMA liquid foundation, liquid concealer and finishing powder.
Pro Tips: For oily skin, apply before and after concealer and foundation. Make any lipstick matte and long wear by setting the lipstick with NCP loose powder. Apply NCP loose setting powder before eye shadows, blushes, highlighters to help blend out pigments.
