Use as a tooth powder to brush teeth or as a mouthwash.HOW TO USEToothpowder: To use toothpowder, wet the toothbrush in water and then either dip the toothbrush into the powder or shake the toothpowder over the bristles of your toothbrush. Once you have a small amount of powder coating the bristles, brush your teeth as normal with short back and forth movements, then rinse with water. You can also mix powder up with coconut oil if you prefer a paste.Mouthwash: In a Glass Simply dissolve 1/2 a teaspoon of powder in a small amount of water (20mls approx) swish and gargle in the mouth as you would with conventional mouthwash, then spit out without rinsing. Feel fresh and clean!
