Ingredients:Green Buckwheat Powder, Bulking Agent: Calcium Carbonate; Rutin Powder: Alginic Acid; Anti-caking Agent: Magnesium Stearate. Two tablets contain on average 1140mg of dried Green Buckwheat and provide 60mg of natural source Rutin.Directions:Take two tablets per day after food or make an infusion with one pint of boiling water. This may be taken iced in warm weather with fruit drinks.
