Apply waving lotion insuring the skin around the hairline is protected with petroleum jelly and a strip of cotton wool. Leave to develop for the required time - usually 10 minutes. Rinse Hair, leaving the perming rods in place. Fix the applicator pipe to the Neutraliser bottle and shake well until it forms a rich foam. Again protect the skin around the hairline as before. Leave a little surplus for final style touching. When applied wait for 10 minutes. Remove perming rods, then gently tussle in the remaining foam with the finger tips and allow to set for a further 3 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with warm water and blow and style as desired.
