Its bioavailability is enhanced by sodium bicarbonate, which helps paracetamol be absorbed into the bloodstream twice as fast as regular paracetamol tablets, providing rapid relief in as little as 15 minutes.This product effectively relieves headaches (including migraines and tension headaches), toothache, muscle and back pain, period pain, sore throat, and the aches and pains associated with colds and flu. The caplet form is coated and capsule-shaped for easy swallowing and leaves no bitter aftertaste. It is gentle on the stomach when taken as directed.
