PVL Chocolate ISO Sport Whey is a faster absorbing whey isolate formula which helps build and repair body tissues. This is also used mostly by athletes and coaches. Recommended Dosage: Add 175 ml or 6 fl oz of cold water to a shaker and then add 1 scoop of powder.
