Can help in aiding susceptibility to intestinal upsets for adults and children, including diarrhea and constipation, IBS-type symptoms, Lactose intolerance, Immune system support, on-going bowel support. Lactobacillus acidophilus; Lactococcus lactis, Lactobacillus rhamnosus; Lactobacillus casei, Lactobacillus plantarum; Bifidobacterium breve; Bifidobacterium bifidum; Bifidobacterium longum; Streptococcus thermophilus; Fructo-oligosaccharide (FOS); hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule shell), ascorbic acid. Store in a cool, dry place. 1-2 capsules daily, taken ½ hour after food, or at the end of the meal, or as directed by a practitioner.
