It can also be used as a natural mouthwash as well and active and pure aloe product with minimal preservatives. Aloe Vera Inner Leaf Juice, preservatives (citric acid, potassium sorbate.) Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. This product should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. As a food supplement take 1ml per kg of body weight per day in divided doses. i.e. A 60kg person should take up to 30ml twice a day. Start on half the dose and increase gradually. It is best taken neat immediately before meals, as a food supplement or as directed by a practitioner.
