Description
A soft touch lip tint that expresses rich colors by smoothly adhering to the light formulation that spreads over the lips. It is a silky, light oilinfused formula that can be easily applied without the heaviness characteristic of velvet lip products. It has a soft, soft finish as if applied with powder, with little clumping and adheres thinly to the skin.
How to use:
Apply an appropriate amount to the center of the lips and on both sides as if making a dot, and spread it naturally with your fingertips to create an atmospheric smudging lip.
