The hot alkaline water together with the mustard assists the largest organ of elimination, the skin, to release impurities. Product Details: Ingredients: Sodium Carbonate, Organic Mustard Seed Powder, Pure Grade Essential Oils of Wintergreen, Eucalyptus, Rosemary, Thyme and Gum Benzoin. Foot Bath - Dissolve 1 large Tbl. spoon of the formula in a bowl of hot water. Soak for 20 minutes. Finish with a short cold soak. Full Bath - Add 2 oz. to a hot bath (keep it hot). Relax in it for 20 minutes. Finish with a cold shower, dry with a rough towel, rest and keep warm for best results. External use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Keep out of children's reach.
