Its gentle botanical extracts control the excessive sebum while flushing out the pores and helping to reduce the appearance of pores. Also helps keep skin shine-free throughout the day. With Flutec PC-6 (INCI: Perfluorodecalin), it dissolves and delivers oxygen to the skin to revitalize it increasing the partial pressure of oxygen. Helps neutralize skin damage caused by the environment, minimizes the appearance of discolorations, and restores skin tone.
