ESsential 4 is a specialized formula designed to provide ideal ratios of the four basic supplements often recommended to be used in conjunction with certain programs. Suggested Use Take with food in 4 divided doses per day. Recommended with each meal and with a snack before bed. Dose according to weight: 30 pounds = 4 capsules per day 45 pounds = 6 capsules per day 60 pounds = 8 capsules per day Zinc can cause nausea or vomiting when taken on an empty stomach.
