PRO-TIP
For full and defined brows, start by using the Fine Liner Brow Pencil (sold separately) to fill in brows.
For natural brows, use the brow cream first, and then fill in the sparse areas with the Fine Liner Brow Pencil.
For the fullest looking brows, brush hairs against your hair growth starting at the hairs back into place.
