The Zen Meditation essential oils formula for diffusion is used in aromatherapy as a nerve tonic. DirectionsInhalationAdd 4 to 12 drops to a bowl of steaming hot water or a diffuser. Inhale slowly for 5-10 minutes. Topical - BathAdd 2 drops (1st use) up to 8 drops in a neutral emulsifier or foaming base and stir. Bathe for 10 minutes, once a day. CautionsFOR EXTERNAL USE ONLY. DO NOT TAKE ORALLY. DO NOT USE ESSENTIAL OILS UNDILUTED. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. If accidental ingestion occurs, seek urgent medical attention or contact a Poison Control Center.
