It's ultra-pigmented and was designed to be applied in a single, light, thin layer (unlike oily solid lipsticks, which you can layer over and over). Please allow 1 2 minutes for the formula to fully set once applied before pressing lips together, kissing or drinking from a glass! Seductivity Most Matte lipsticks dry to form a film on the lips, which then cracks and breaks away. Our velvet formula gently enhances your lips without forming a thick layer, so it doesn't crack or dry as aggressively as other top prestige brands.
