Directions: (Adults) Take one (1) tablespoon (15ml) per day, 5-10 minutes before meals or as directed byr healthcare provider. Hold product in mouth for one minute before swallowing to maximize its absorption under the tongue. Shake prior to use and refrigerate after opening.
