Avocado oil is an excellent cosmetic product for dry skin. It is easily absorbed by skin and hair where it penetrates the tissues. The oil is known to soften and intensively moisturise the skin which are ideal properties for skin that lacks moisture as well as mature skin types. Furthermore, avocado oil alleviates itchiness and eczema while also promoting hair growth. The sterol-rich oil reduces the appearance of pigmentation spots, sun damage and scars. You can add a few drops of favourite essential oil to the bottle for massaging.Avocado Oil Hot Oil Treatment:Blend together 1 tablespoon of avocado oil and 1 teaspoon of olive oil and heat it slightly.Massage this oil mixture into your hair and scalp.Gently massage your hair and scalp for around 15 minutes using circular motions. This will help the oil absorb and improves blood circulation to the scalp.Then, soak a towel in hot water and squeeze out all the excess water. Wrap this hot towel around your head and let it take effect for around 20 minutes.Follow by shampooing and conditioning the hair as usual.
