This product is made from Algae oil which contains high concentrations of DHA (40% of its total weight). DHA is important in the support of cognitive health and brain function. Recommended Use: Vegan DHA supports brain health and cognitive functions. Dosage: For Adults 18 years and older: 1 softgel daily, or as directed by your health care practitioner.
