Avril Cleansing Balm Removes waterproof make-up

The mild cleansing balm is based on shea butter that easily and gently removes powder products, lipstick and mascara. The texture transforms into a silky oil when in contact with water to effortlessly lift away waterproof make-up leaving the skin feeling supple and clean. Application: Warm a small amount of balm between the palm of your hands to transform the balm into an oil. Apply the oil to the skin and massage. Moisten the skin with water to thoroughly remove the make-up. Lastly, rinse the face with clear water. Note: Store the balm at room temperature.
