Each pack of Aptamil Advance Junior 3 has a scoop inside for preparationAdd 6 scoops (31.2g) of powder to 180ml of previously boiled water, lukewarm or cold, to prepare one feed of 200mlCap the bottle and shake immediately vertically and vigorously for 10 seconds to dissolve the powderUse made up feeds within 1 hourAlways discard unfinished feedsDo not heat feeds in a microwaveStore the formula in a cool dry place (25 degree C)Use formula within 4 weeks of opening
