Directions: As a dietary supplement, take one to two packets per day. For best results, snip or tear the notched end of the packet, squeeze into your favourite cool beverage and drink on an empty stomach. It is best to take the product in close proximity to a meal if you suffer with symptoms of low blood sugar. Refrigeration is required.
