There are several forms of Vitamin K2. They perform different functions. MK-7 and MK-4 are two major forms of K2. MK-4 is the primary Vitamin K2 present in the the brain.

Suggested use
For general health: take one capsule per day. For heart and arterial health: take two capsules per day. Best if consumed with a meal.
