There are no hidden charges. The price on the order confirmation page is exactly what you pay, including applicable shipping and handling charges.

How do I return a purchased item?

Contact our Customer Support team via phone at +91-79999 77770 or email info@kiwla.com within 2 days of receiving the order. Products must be unused and in original packaging with seals and labels intact.

When will I get my refund?

Refunds are processed within 24-48 hours. For credit or debit card and net banking payments, refunds reflect within 7-10 business days. For COD orders, refunds are made via NEFT within 2-4 business days.

How do I track my order?

Track your order under the My Orders section on the Kiwla website. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with the tracking number and courier company details.
