The Original Massage Stick - 14" Little Stick. This is the smallest of the massage sticks, measuring 14”. This spindle roller contains five (5) spindles. This roller is ideal for smaller muscle groups such as your lower limb muscle groups. Over time, without recovery, sore muscles lose their ability to function properly, resulting in additional muscle groups succumbing to soreness and fatigue, or even worse, injury.
