I had ordered this product for my preterm baby who had in her last days of her life had developed feeding intoreance and hence needed this special milk & it was out of stock at India & I took risk to buy this product from Kiwla since I was so desperate & wanted to save my baby at all cost. Honestly I never heard of kiwla & i was wondering if kiwla was real, and desperate enough i oredered in Cash on Delivey and kiwla did delivered the genuine product, but unfortunately my baby daughter died & i couldnt give this milk to her due to her conditions worsening. I would urge Kiwla to make delivery time less & to bring product cost down, though it cost Rs 3300 approx in MRP, i had to pay Rs 7380 approx ie twice, perhaps that may be due to high demand, product unavailability, import cost etc but still since this is a special product, all those who order this item are in desperate like me who want to save their child so i request kiwla to make product available & bring cost down. I still have this product unopen. yet i am very thankful to kiwla for being an angel to my struggle in my desperate effort to save my baby
