Description
Nature's Answer Yellowdock contains many constituents, including anthroquinone glycosides, antioxidants, including Vitamin A and Vitamin C, and minerals such as Potassium and Iron. Yellow Dock Root, (Rumex Crispus) is a common perennial plant that is often found both in waste areas and cultivated ground. The flower stalk grows to about 3 feet tall, and has smooth leaves that may be curled. Towards the end of the growing season it sends up flowers and seeds that cluster on branched stems. The shiny brown seeds can float on water which allows them to attach to animal fur which helps to distribute the plant.
