Blue Valentine is a bright cobalt blue that will refresh and intensify your faded color. We recommend lightening hair to a very light level 9/ 10 blonde before use. Complimenting Color: Rockabilly Blue, Blue Moon, Shocking Blue. Explore all of Manic Panic's assortment including pink conditioner, pink hair dye, hot pink hair dye, brown hair color, blues, greens, and more. Wear protective gloves to avoid staining. Apply a generous amount to clean, damp hair. Leave on 5 – 10 minutes. Rinse thoroughly. CAUTION: For external use only. This product contains ingredients which may cause skin irritation. A preliminary patch test should be done before using product. To perform a patch test, apply a small amount of product to clean dry skin such as the nape of the neck or elbow. Allow patch test to dry and leave undisturbed for 24 hours. The area must be checked after 24 & 48 hours. If irritation or abnormal reaction occurs, discontinue use & seek medical advice. Avoid contact with eyes and do not use eyelashes or eyebrows; this may cause blindness.
